State Youth Convention: (May 16, 17, 18, 2008)

Faith United Youth embarked on a journey to Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo to attend this year's State Youth Convention. Along with counselors Matt and Kristin Stone and John Pokora, the following youth experienced the event: Austin Bowles, Erika DeWard, Trevor Grayeb, Charlie Lerch, Haley Mashue, Caleb and Cole McDaniel, Emily and Tyler Plants, Matt Remenak, Andy Stevens, and Ryan VanDyke.

The weekend started with a concert on Friday night by Sanctus Real, and continued with speaker Bill Sanders. The group had a wonderful time participating in events such as tag football on Western Michigan's Football stadium, and communion on Saturday night.
