Rally Day (September 12, 2010)                 (back)

We kicked off our new Sunday school year with the RACE DAY theme, "Get Geared up for God." We started the day with our worship service followed by a wonderful potluck. Many tasty dishes were available from our great cooks, and everyone had their fill of hot dogs and hamburgers too. Following the meal, we enjoyed the beautiful fall weather playing race-themed games: Hot Wheel races, Big Wheel races, egg and spoon races and an auto-themed scavenger hunt. There were no losers and many happy faces as everyone who participated went home with candy and prizes.
